At the Cross-Roads

This morning’s picture is so àpropos.  It seems that some aren’t quite sure of where they are going in the coming year.  I use the term “going” in the sense that they don’t know where they will end up financially.  The world seems posed at the cross-roads as to whether or not the European, or other economies, will collapse and take us with them.  Have we reached the point where major adjustments will need to be made to recover from living beyond our means, or can we eke out another year of kicking the can down the road once more?

Some of us have seen the light and are heading in the right direction to ensure that we will survive relatively unscathed, while others are blindly pursuing dreams of old.
